Returns & Refunds

Most of our products are made to order just for you. We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind once an item has entered production. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that period, we cannot guarantee cancellation because made-to-order products may have already entered production.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
